Been a bit of a while, hasn't it?

I feel like I must add to my list of catchphrases, "So, in my Harry Potter fanfiction..." and "I'm sorry, I know I talk about my Harry Potter fanfic a lot." I don't know which is worse, my repetition of the same trains of thought, or apologizing for my repetition.

Jacques Brel IS alive, and well, and living happily in Paris.

There's a revival of the show going on now in Burbank, and my mom and I went to see it last Friday. It was really good! I'd heard Jacques Brel a lot when I was much younger, and thought I wouldn't remember anything, but songs kept coming up that I'd be like "WAIT! I remember that song!"

There were four little presentations to go - Hawthorne, Poe, Beecher Stowe, and me (doesn't that sound like the title of a YA novel?).
